II. Litigation:
1. Attending assessment proceedings;
2. Filing of Appeals;
3. Preparation of Written Submissions;
4. Research of caselaws and judicial pronouncements;
5. Representation before Departmental authorities (Physical and Virtual)
6. Representation on TP proceedings and the classic analysis of armslength between related parties, Income-tax Act and Sebi laws
7. Appearing before the Investigation authorities;
8. Drafting of reply for penalty proceedings etc.
III. Advisory:
1. Corporate Tax Advisory
2. Income-tax Opinions and presentations to the Corporates
3. Advising on withholding tax with respect to cross border payments
4. Applicability of DTAA provisions vis-à-vis income tax provisions etc.
