Job Description:
Job Type: Full-Time
We are seeking a motivated US Recruiter to support high-volume hiring for Industrial positions across the United States. This role focuses on sourcing and screening qualified candidates before handing them off to the next stage of the recruitment process. The ideal candidate is proactive, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple requisitions while delivering a positive candidate experience.
Key Responsibilities
Source and identify qualified candidates for commercial, industrial, and light industrial roles through job boards, databases, social media, recruitment campaigns, and other sourcing channels.
Manage high-volume candidate pipelines, reviewing applications and resumes to assess experience, qualifications, availability, and job fit.
Conduct high-volume outbound calls and initial phone screenings to validate candidate qualifications, work experience, availability, work eligibility, and position requirements.
Clearly communicate job responsibilities, schedules, work locations, compensation, and the overall hiring process to candidates.
Endorse qualified candidates to recruiters, hiring managers, or appropriate facilities for further evaluation and placement.
Maintain accurate candidate profiles, screening results, application statuses, and recruitment activities in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
Maintain regular communication and engagement with candidates throughout the recruitment process to minimize drop-offs and no-shows.
Collaborate with recruiters, hiring teams, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth candidate handoffs and support hiring requirements.
Meet established sourcing, screening, productivity, quality, and endorsement targets while maintaining a high standard of candidate experience.
Minimum Qualifications
At least 1 year of recruitment experience, preferably supporting the U.S. market.
High-volume recruitment experience is highly preferred.
Strong candidate screening and assessment skills.
Excellent spoken and written English communication.
Comfortable handling a high volume of outbound candidate calls.
Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), job boards, and recruitment databases.
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple candidates and priorities.
Results-oriented, adaptable, and able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
