Making an impact. What will you do?
In this role, you will be responsible for participating in daily field routine jobs and inspection of mechanical, instrumentation and electrical issue
Also, during any abnormalities highlight the issue with reliability team and take corrective actions
Updating in EAM book & reporting in LiDAP
Further, you will be responsible for day-to-day plant operation, production, preparation of DPR etc
Furthermore, you will be responsible for any maintenance activities in the field, discussed with the maintenance people, identify the hazard related to that job, purging (if required), marking that line / equipment’s in P&ID, maintaining LOTO system for isolation after zero energy verification and then after PTW issued
You will be able to clear understanding with SWD, SLD, equipment specific drawing etc
Moreover, you will be responsible of different PT, FT and gas analyzer calibration and record keeping
Additionally, you will be responsible for vendor management
In this role you will be responsible for spare procurement. Handling of SAP and SRM
Further you will be responsible for maintaining all safety standards
You will be ready to relocate to any other site to support during commissioning, maintenance etc
Winning in your role. Do you have what it takes?
You have a graduate Engineer in Mechanical Engineering with seven to eight (7-8) years’ experience with experience in ASU
ASU plant commissioning experience unit is required
