Role Description This is a remote internship role for an iOS Developer at Snapit. The intern will collaborate with product managers and designers to build and refine iOS application features that support Snapit’s hyperlocal marketplace. Daily tasks include developing user interfaces, integrating APIs, fixing bugs, and optimizing app performance for various iOS devices. The intern will participate in code reviews, maintain clean and reusable code, and help ensure a smooth, reliable user experience. The role also involves learning and applying best practices in mobile development, testing, and deployment within a supportive engineering team.
Qualifications
Candidates should possess skills in iOS Development and iOS frameworks.
Candidates should possess skills in Mobile Application Development and building Mobile Applications.
Candidates should possess foundational skills in Software Development, including object-oriented programming and version control (e.g., Git).
Familiarity with Swift and/or Objective-C, Xcode, and RESTful APIs is beneficial.
Strong problem-solving abilities, attention to detail, and willingness to learn in a fast-paced environment are preferred.
Current enrollment in or recent completion of a degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field is an advantage.
