Architect – Full Stack Web ( Next.JS, Contentful)

About the role
We are looking for an experienced Architect to lead and grow cross‑functional teams building modern, scalable web platforms.
The role combines people leadership, technical excellence, and hands‑on architectural ownership, with a strong focus on React, Next.js, and Contentful‑based ecosystems.
You will play a key role in shaping a multi-brand design system and a single-codebase website factory, while fostering engineering best practices, performance, security, and team growth.
For this position, you should be able to check the following:
Proven experience as an Architect leading frontend or full‑stack teams
Strong hands‑on background with TypeScript and React (JSX)
Solid experience with Next.js or similar full‑stack frameworks (SSG, SSR, ISR)
Strong, hands-on experience with Contentful or similar headless CMS platforms
Familiarity with GraphQL
Experience with (S)CSS and Tailwind CSS
Deep understanding of component-based architecture and Atomic Design principles
Experience designing and evolving frontend architecture aligned with content models
Knowledge of IaaS platforms (e.g. Vercel) and serverless/lambda functions
Experience building and maintaining CI/CD pipelines (Git, Azure DevOps)
Solid understanding of secure computing practices and frontend security best practices
Extensive experience conducting meaningful code reviews
Strong Git knowledge and collaborative development workflows
Excellent communication, mentoring, and stakeholder management skills
Nice to have:
Experience in the pharmaceutical or medical industry
Exposure to frameworks such as TanStack Start, Angular, Vue, Solid, Astro
Familiarity with legacy technologies (Drupal, PHP, jQuery)
Experience with SPA architectures
Strong focus on web performance optimization
Understanding of UX principles and Accessibility standards (A11Y, WCAG)
Experience with testing frameworks (Vitest, Playwright, Cypress)
Experience working in Agile / Scrum environments
Focus on cross‑browser compatibility and multi‑device consistency
