Role Description The Project Manager at Zilpika Interiors is a full-time, on-site role based in Bhagalpur. The role involves planning, coordinating, and overseeing interior projects from concept through execution, ensuring timelines, budgets, and quality standards are met. Day-to-day responsibilities include managing project schedules, allocating resources, coordinating with vendors and contractors, and supervising on-site activities. The Project Manager will perform inspections to verify work quality, resolve operational issues, and ensure compliance with design specifications and safety requirements. The role also includes regular communication with clients and internal teams, preparing progress reports, and supporting continuous improvement in project delivery.
Qualifications
Strong project management skills, including experience with planning, scheduling, resource allocation, and stakeholder coordination.
Expediting and Expeditor capabilities to ensure materials, approvals, and tasks move efficiently through all project stages.
Inspection experience to assess work quality, verify adherence to design and safety standards, and address defects or non-conformities.
Logistics management skills to handle material procurement, delivery coordination, inventory tracking, and vendor management.
Ability to work on-site in Bhagalpur, with strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Effective communication and interpersonal skills for collaborating with clients, designers, vendors, and site teams.
Prior experience in interior projects, construction, or related fields is preferred.
Relevant academic background in project management, engineering, architecture, or a related discipline is an advantage.
