The Role
As a UI Designer, you’ll work closely with the product and development teams to design clean, intuitive, and engaging digital experiences.
You’ll translate product requirements and ideas into interfaces that are visually strong, easy to understand, and simple to use across web and mobile products.
We’re looking for someone with a strong eye for design, attention to detail, and the ability to take ownership of their work from concept to final implementation.
What You’ll Do
Design clean and intuitive interfaces for web and mobile applications.
Create wireframes, user flows, mockups, and high-fidelity UI designs.
Build interactive prototypes to communicate design concepts.
Translate product requirements into simple and effective user experiences.
Create and maintain reusable UI components and design systems.
Work closely with product and development teams to bring designs to life.
Ensure consistency across screens, components, and product experiences.
Review implemented designs and continuously improve the overall user experience.
What We’re Looking For
Strong visual design skills — good understanding of typography, layout, spacing, hierarchy, and visual balance.
Figma proficiency — comfortable working with components, auto layout, prototypes, and design systems.
UI/UX understanding — ability to design interfaces that are both visually polished and easy to use.
Product thinking — you think about how users interact with the complete experience, not just individual screens.
Attention to detail — you care about consistency and the quality of the final product.
Communication & ownership — you can explain your design decisions, collaborate effectively, and take responsibility for your work.
Eligibility
Graduates from any discipline with strong UI design skills and a relevant portfolio are welcome to apply.
Your portfolio and design ability matter more than your degree or specialisation.
Good to Have
Experience designing web or mobile applications.
Understanding of responsive design and UX principles.
Experience creating and maintaining design systems.
Familiarity with basic front-end concepts.
Experience with AI-assisted design and prototyping tools.
