Company Description Kova Space Tech builds the mechanical interface between the launch vehicle and the satellite — deployers, separation systems, and release mechanisms for satellites moving into the 12U, 16U, and 50–100kg class. Currently qualifying our 1U deployer; building a ground-up 16U next.
Role: 6-month GET, starting January. Strong performers convert via PPO.
You'll do:
CAD modelling of parts & assemblies
Production-ready drawings
Design calcs, basic simulations
Assembly configuration & rapid prototyping (RPP) support
You have:
BTech Mechanical/Manufacturing — final year or recently graduated
Hands-on aerospace or robotics project experience
SolidWorks proficiency, working Ansys knowledge
Stipend: ₹25,000/month · CTC on conversion: below ₹14.99 LPA, performance-based
