Role Description The Regional Program Coordinator is a full-time, remote role responsible for supporting and coordinating Enactus programs across assigned regions in South Africa. This role involves managing day-to-day communication with student teams, academic advisors, and corporate partners, ensuring that program activities align with Enactus guidelines and strategic objectives. The Regional Program Coordinator will assist with program development, organize virtual and in-person events and trainings, track project progress, and compile reports on regional performance and impact. The role includes providing timely support and customer service to stakeholders, maintaining accurate records, and collaborating with internal teams to enhance program quality and reach. The coordinator will also help identify opportunities for new projects, partnerships, and capacity-building initiatives for student teams.
Qualifications
Candidates should possess strong Program Management and Program Development skills to coordinate multiple initiatives and support regional growth.
Candidates should possess excellent Communication and Customer Service skills to engage effectively with students, academic advisors, and partners.
Candidates should possess solid Project Management skills to plan, implement, monitor, and report on regional activities and timelines.
Candidates should possess organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and work independently in a remote setting.
Relevant experience in non-profit, education, youth development, or community engagement is beneficial.
A diploma or degree in a relevant field (such as Development Studies, Business, Education, or Social Sciences) is advantageous.
Proficiency in basic office software and online collaboration tools, with comfort facilitating virtual meetings and trainings, is preferred.
