Key Responsibilities
• Develop and execute the regional social media content calendar, ensuring
posts align with brand guidelines and marketing objectives.
• Create and schedule engaging content (including short-form videos, static

• Write compelling copy tailored to each platform and specific to the target

• Identify, establish, and manage relationships with influencers and content

• Collaborate with internal teams (creative, PR and marketing) to align social
media efforts with overall business goals.
• Track and report on key social media metrics, providing insights and
recommendations for optimisations.
What We’re Looking For
• Proactive, independent, and collaborative team player with a strong sense of initiative—someone who doesn’t wait for step-by-step instructions but actively drives work forward, identifies opportunities and brings solutions. Must be flexible, adaptable, and comfortable taking ownership.

• Expert-level knowledge of TikTok and Facebook, with the ability to craft culturally relevant, high-performing content tailored to two distinct audiences — Gen Z teens on TikTok and Gen X parents on Facebook — driving growth, engagement and community building.
• Solid understanding of Instagram strategy and best practices, including Reels, Stories, Remixes and community engagement.
• Proven experience in a social media management role (preferably in an national or international capacity or representing a large brand).
• Ability to create engaging, high-quality content. Basic editing skills such as Canva is required, but not advanced graphic design skill is needed.
• Excellent copywriting skills, with the ability to adapt tone and style to different audiences.
• Passion for community building and influencer marketing.
• Strong analytical mindset—comfortable with tracking both organic and paid performance metrics and optimising content based on insights.
• Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with a global team and ensuring transparency with the reporting Head of Digital.
• This role will require 15 hours/week of work.
