Product Owner and Data Professional

A hybrid Product Owner and Data Professional who combines project leadership, process optimization, and stakeholder management with data analytics, automation, and digital transformation to improve business performance and enable data-driven decision making.
Your tasks:
As Product owner
► Lead and coordinate cross-functional projects and improvement initiatives from planning through implementation.
► Manage stakeholders, align expectations, and ensure transparent communication between teams and management.
► Monitor project progress, risks, milestones, and resource utilization to support successful delivery.
► Drive digitalization and process optimization activities to increase efficiency and reduce manual effort.
► Prepare presentations, status reports, decision materials, and facilitate workshops, meetings, and knowledge-sharing sessions.
Data & Digitalization Professional
► Analyze business, project, and resource data to support fact-based decision making.
► Develop and maintain dashboards, reports, KPIs, and automated data solutions.
► Ensure data quality, consistency, and transparency across different systems and processes.
► Identify opportunities for automation and use cases using Excel, Python, Power BI, AI, and other digital tools.
► Drive data-related initiatives, support use-case development, and promote data-driven ways of working within the organization.
► BSc / MSc degree in Economics, Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, Mechatronics, or another economical / technical field
► Knowledge of programming languages and programming skills, including Python (pandas, numpy, scipy, matplotlib, tensorflow) and SQL
► Understanding of the theoretical basic foundations of data mining and data science
► Fluent communication skills in English within an international team environment
► Familiarity with Git version control software
► Excellent communication and organizational skills
► Proactive, result oriented attitude
