Senior Automation Tester (Java)

We're currently expanding our team and looking for a Senior Automation Tester in Java to come aboard. This position places you at the center of strengthening product reliability within a fast-moving, cooperative technical environment. You'll contribute sharp analytical thinking and a systematic method to spot potential problems before they ever reach customers. Responsibilities
Design and roll out testing frameworks that remain closely tied to project schedules and delivery checkpoints
Locate, catalog, and pursue problems from the point they surface until they're fully resolved, working hand-in-hand with the engineering team
Analyze product requirements and technical documentation to gauge the right level and range of testing needed
Build and keep up sturdy, flexible testing structures capable of adjusting to shifting project demands
Turn testing data into concise, actionable summaries for distribution to the appropriate stakeholders
Contribute to sprint planning and estimation conversations, keeping quality considerations front and center
Continually revisit and enhance existing test methodologies to sharpen efficiency and broaden coverage
Coordinate with cross-departmental teams to sustain consistent quality benchmarks throughout the development pipeline
Dig into production-related issues to trace their root origins and put forward ways to prevent recurrence
Help junior staff grow by transferring practical knowledge and providing ongoing guidance
Requirements
Beyond three years of direct, applicable experience in Java-focused test automation
Strong grasp of Java for building and maintaining automated test scripts
Real-world experience applying Java-based tools designed to automate web UI testing
Experience crafting automated test suites for web services and API components
Comfort using version control systems to oversee and document code changes
Solid understanding of the core architecture and design concepts underlying test automation frameworks
Practical experience configuring BDD frameworks within Java-based projects
Clear communication skills combined with working English fluency at B2 level or above, supporting accurate translation of business requirements into technical deliverables
