Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Architect role based in Lucknow. The Architect will be responsible for developing architectural concepts, preparing drawings and 3D models, and coordinating interior layouts that align with client requirements and building standards. Day-to-day tasks include meeting with clients, conducting site visits and measurements, collaborating with engineers and contractors, and ensuring designs comply with safety, regulatory, and sustainability guidelines. The role also involves overseeing project progress, resolving design and construction issues, and supporting documentation for approvals and permits. The Architect will contribute to design reviews, prepare presentations, and help maintain consistency with Able Interior’s design standards.
Qualifications
Strong foundation in Architecture and Architectural Design, with the ability to translate client needs into practical, detailed plans.
Experience 2years with Integration and coordination of architectural elements with interior design, structural, and MEP services.
Project Management skills to plan timelines, monitor progress, manage resources, and communicate effectively with stakeholders.
Familiarity with Software Development concepts and digital tools as they relate to design workflows, automation, or custom integrations is an advantage.
Proficiency in CAD/BIM and design software (e.g., AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, 3D visualization tools).
Bachelor’s degree or higher in Architecture or a closely related field, with relevant professional experience.
Knowledge of local building codes, materials, construction methods, and industry standards.
Strong communication, collaboration, and time-management abilities, with capacity to work on-site in Lucknow.
