Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Enterprise Architect role based in Pune. The Enterprise Architect will define and maintain end-to-end enterprise architecture frameworks that align technology, applications, and business processes with organizational strategy. Day-to-day responsibilities include collaborating with business and IT stakeholders to understand requirements, designing holistic architecture roadmaps, and ensuring consistency across business, application, and technical domains. The role involves reviewing and guiding solution designs, establishing standards and governance, and assessing new technologies for fit within the enterprise landscape. The Enterprise Architect will also support digital transformation initiatives, manage architectural risks, and provide clear documentation and communication to leadership and delivery teams.
Qualifications
Strong Enterprise Architecture and Solution Architecture skills to design and govern end-to-end enterprise-wide solutions.
Business Architecture expertise to model capabilities, processes, and organizational structures and align them with strategic objectives.
Application Architecture experience to define application landscapes, integration patterns, and lifecycle management.
Technical Architecture skills to design infrastructure, cloud, security, and platform architectures that support scalability and resilience.
Proven experience in large-scale digital transformation or complex multi-system environments, ideally in global organizations.
Proficiency with architecture frameworks and tools (e.g., TOGAF, ArchiMate, UML, modeling tools) and familiarity with cloud platforms (such as AWS, Azure, or GCP).
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with the capability to evaluate trade-offs and make informed design decisions.
Effective communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to collaborate across business and technology teams.
Bachelor’s or master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
