Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Software Engineer role based in Patna. The Software Engineer will design, develop, test, and maintain back-end services and applications, working closely with product managers and other engineers to translate requirements into robust technical solutions. Daily responsibilities include writing clean, efficient code, implementing object-oriented designs, reviewing peer code, troubleshooting issues, and optimizing performance and reliability. The role also involves participating in architecture discussions, contributing to documentation, and collaborating in agile ceremonies such as stand-ups and sprint planning.
Qualifications
Candidates should possess strong foundational knowledge in Computer Science and core Software Development principles.
Candidates should possess hands-on skills in Back-End Web Development and Programming for building and maintaining server-side applications.
Candidates should possess expertise in Object-Oriented Programming (OOP) and designing modular, maintainable code structures.
Relevant experience with modern programming languages (e.g., Java, C#, Python, or similar) and relational or NoSQL databases is beneficial.
Familiarity with version control systems (such as Git), testing frameworks, and basic DevOps practices is advantageous.
A bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience, is preferred.
Strong problem-solving abilities, attention to detail, effective communication skills, and the ability to work collaboratively on-site in Patna are important.
