Senior Project Manager

Experience: 5–7 years | Remote | 1 Position
Role:
Looking for an IT Project Manager with hands-on project coordination/management experience. Candidates from BA, Scrum Master, PMO, or Delivery backgrounds with strong project ownership are also considered.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage project scope, timelines, deliverables, dependencies, and resources.
Track risks, issues, actions, defects, and project progress.
Coordinate distributed teams, stakeholders, and vendors.
Conduct project meetings and ensure action-item closure.
Prepare status reports and provide regular stakeholder updates.
Coordinate technical changes, releases, and post-launch activities.
Must Have:
3+ years of hands-on IT project coordination/management experience.
Experience in BA / Scrum Master / PMO / Delivery / Project Management roles.
Strong project tracking, stakeholder management, and communication skills.
Experience with Agile/lightweight project management practices.
Experience coordinating distributed teams and managing dependencies.
Strong ownership, organization, and follow-through.
Good to Have:
PMP/PRINCE2/CAPM or similar certification.
Experience with Jira, Confluence, MS Project, etc.
Vendor management experience.
Experience with Canadian/Calgary-based stakeholders.
PMO or multiple-project management experience.
