Role Description The Information Technology Executive - SAP will oversee day-to-day SAP system operations to support business functions such as production, inventory, sales, and finance. This full-time, on-site role in Guwahati includes monitoring system performance, managing user access, coordinating SAP updates, and resolving technical issues in collaboration with internal teams and external vendors. The position involves providing end-user support and training, documenting processes, and ensuring data integrity and compliance with IT policies. The executive will also assist in integrating SAP with other business applications, contribute to IT projects, and recommend improvements to enhance efficiency and reliability.
Qualifications
Strong Information Technology and IT Operations skills, with experience supporting enterprise systems such as SAP.
Hands-on Troubleshooting and Technical Support capabilities for application, system, and user issues.
Knowledge of Network Administration and basic IT infrastructure management within an on-site environment.
Experience with SAP modules (e.g., MM, SD, FI, PP) and understanding of business processes in manufacturing or FMCG.
Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams, communicate clearly with non-technical stakeholders, and manage priorities under time constraints.
Familiarity with IT security practices, data backup procedures, and compliance with organizational and regulatory standards.
