About the Role:
We are seeking an experienced CRM Technical Lead to manage and optimize our Dynamics 365/Power Platform environment. Drive system excellence through hands-on expertise and strategic problem-solving.
Key Responsibilities:
Design and implement Model-Driven Apps and custom solutions
Manage CRM entities, customizations, and plugins
Develop and configure Power Automate workflows
Build Canvas Apps and Power Pages for enhanced user experience
Lead troubleshooting and system optimization efforts
Mentor technical team and provide guidance on best practices
Drive configuration-based solutions and scenario analysis
Required Qualifications:
7–10 years of hands-on CRM experience
Strong expertise in Model-Driven App development
Proficiency in JavaScript and plugin development
Advanced knowledge of Power Automate and Canvas Apps
Solid understanding of entities, customization, and OOB features
Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
Outstanding communication and leadership abilities
Nice to Have:
Power Component Framework (PCF) development experience
Custom Pages experience
Dynamics 365 certifications
Location- Bangalore, Pune, Chennai, Gurgaon, Noida, Kochi, Trivandrum
