Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Recruiter role based at Parul University’s campus in Vadodara. The Recruiter will manage end-to-end hiring processes, including sourcing candidates through various channels, screening applications, conducting initial interviews, and coordinating selection procedures with academic and administrative departments. The role involves building strong talent pipelines, maintaining candidate databases, and supporting campus and off-campus recruitment drives. The Recruiter will collaborate with stakeholders to understand staffing needs, ensure a positive candidate experience, and support employer branding initiatives and recruitment reporting.
Qualifications
Demonstrated skills in candidate sourcing, screening, and interviewing, with the ability to manage full-cycle recruitment processes.
Strong communication, interpersonal, and relationship-building skills to collaborate effectively with candidates, faculty, and administrative teams.
Organizational and time-management skills to handle multiple requisitions, maintain accurate records, and meet hiring timelines.
Ability to use recruitment platforms, applicant tracking systems, and basic productivity tools (e.g., MS Office or similar) efficiently.
Understanding of HR and recruitment best practices, including fair, inclusive, and non-discriminatory hiring standards.
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, Psychology, or a related field; prior experience in recruitment or talent acquisition, preferably in education, is an advantage.
Comfort working in an on-site campus environment, with willingness to support events, job fairs, and outreach activities as needed.
