🍰 WE ARE HIRING | DCDP – CONFECTIONERY & DESSERTS
Location: Gurugram, Haryana
We are looking for a passionate and skilled DCDP – Confectionery & Desserts to join our culinary team.
The ideal candidate should have strong technical knowledge and hands-on expertise in desserts, cakes, pastries and confectionery, with a passion for creativity, consistency and presentation.
👨🍳 Key Responsibilities
• Prepare and execute a wide range of cakes, pastries, desserts and confectionery products
• Demonstrate strong knowledge of baking techniques, creams, mousses, ganache, chocolate, fillings and finishing
• Maintain consistency in taste, texture, quality and presentation
• Develop new dessert concepts and assist in menu innovation
• Ensure proper mise-en-place, production planning and wastage control
• Maintain high standards of hygiene, food safety and kitchen discipline
• Work closely with the Pastry Chef and culinary team to deliver premium-quality products
🎯 What We’re Looking For
• Relevant experience in premium hotels, restaurants, patisseries or bakeries
• Vast knowledge of modern and classic desserts & confectionery
• Strong understanding of cake production, decoration and finishing
• Creative mindset with an eye for detail and presentation
• Good knowledge of food safety and hygiene standards
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced professional kitchen
