Role Summary: The role holder will work closely with HR stakeholders to develop and deliver innovative and effective Employer Branding initiatives. They would need to work primarily on TechM's application to external awards and certifications like Great Place to Work, Top Employers, Brandon Hall etc. This involves documenting internal best practices and benchmarking them with external companies.
Skills: Outstanding Written and Verbal Communication Skills;
Experience: 4-6 years in HR; preferable to have GPTW / Top Employers certification experience
Education: MBA or Postgraduate qualification in Human Resources
