Role Description The Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in Pune City. This position is responsible for designing, implementing, and monitoring CSR programs aligned with FUEL’s mission and partner commitments, including education, skills development, and scholarship initiatives. The CSR Manager will coordinate with corporate donors, educational institutions, and internal teams to plan projects, track outcomes, and report on impact. Day-to-day tasks include stakeholder communication, proposal development, budgeting and timelines, data collection and analysis for program performance, and preparation of impact reports and presentations. The role also involves organizing employee engagement activities, events, and volunteering programs, while ensuring compliance with relevant CSR regulations and fostering long-term partnerships.
Qualifications
Candidates should possess strong Corporate Social Responsibility knowledge and experience, including CSR program design, implementation, and impact measurement.
Candidates should possess effective Communication skills, including stakeholder management, report writing, and presentation abilities.
Candidates should possess solid Project Management capabilities, including planning, budgeting, coordination, and timely execution of initiatives.
Candidates should possess strong Analytical Skills for data-driven decision-making, impact evaluation, and continuous improvement of CSR programs.
Candidates should possess experience in Employee Engagement, including designing and managing volunteering activities and internal CSR campaigns.
Relevant qualifications such as a bachelor’s or master’s degree in social work, management, public policy, development studies, or a related field.
Experience working with NGOs, corporates, or CSR consulting organizations, especially in education, skill development, or youth-focused programs, is beneficial.
Ability to collaborate with diverse stakeholders, work on-site in Pune City, and manage multiple projects in a fast-paced, impact-oriented environment.
