We are looking for Content Moderators to join our Trust & Safety team in Mumbai.

Position: Content Moderator
Location: Mumbai
Experience: 0–12 Months / Freshers can apply
Qualification: Graduate
Shift: 24×7 Rotational Shifts
Joining: Immediate / Early Joiners Preferred
Key Responsibilities
Review and moderate user-generated or AI generated content across images, videos, audio and text.
Identify content that violates platform policies and community guidelines.
Take appropriate action based on defined moderation policies and SOPs.
Maintain accuracy and consistency while reviewing content.
Escalate complex or sensitive cases to the appropriate team.
Meet defined quality, productivity, and turnaround-time targets.
Stay updated with changes in content policies and moderation guidelines.
Handle sensitive content professionally and maintain strict confidentiality.
Preferred
Immediate or early joiners will be preferred.
Prior experience in Content Moderation / Trust & Safety will be an added advantage.
