Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Executive Recruiter role based in Gurugram. The Executive Recruiter will identify, attract, and onboard high-caliber real estate professionals and leadership talent for Keller Williams Delhi NCR, using a variety of sourcing channels, networking, and industry outreach. Responsibilities include managing the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle: defining role requirements with hiring leaders, posting positions, screening resumes, conducting interviews, and coordinating selection and offer processes. The role involves building and maintaining strong talent pipelines, nurturing relationships with prospective candidates, and promoting Keller Williams’ value proposition and culture in all interactions. The Executive Recruiter will collaborate closely with leadership to forecast hiring needs, support retention initiatives, and provide regular reporting on recruitment activities and market trends.
Qualifications
Talent acquisition and recruitment expertise, including candidate sourcing, screening, interviewing, and offer management for mid- to senior-level roles.
Strong relationship-building, stakeholder management, and communication skills to collaborate effectively with leadership, team members, and candidates.
Knowledge of the real estate industry or related sectors, with the ability to understand role requirements, market dynamics, and competitive talent landscapes.
Proficiency with applicant tracking systems, recruitment platforms, and MS Office or similar productivity tools to manage pipelines and reporting.
Demonstrated ability to work in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment, with strong organizational, time management, and problem-solving skills.
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, Psychology, or a related field; relevant certifications in recruitment or HR are an advantage.
Prior experience in executive search, agency recruiting, or in-house recruitment for high-growth organizations is highly beneficial.
