Inside Sales Business Development Representative

Responsibilities:
Your impact:
Grow pipeline by executing on market-qualified leads and prospecting within our install base of accounts and prospects that will ultimately convert to revenue
Great position to start or progress in your career in software sales with a focus on Digital Transformation Technologies including CAD, PLM, Internet of Things and Augmented Reality
You will be part of an international and energetic team within a multicultural environment where professionals from throughout APAC interact with current & future PTC customers.
Day-To-Day
Own new-logo pipeline creation for assigned industries (e.g., FA&D / Industrial) across Enterprise and Commercial prospect accounts
Build and maintain target account lists; identify buying signals and priority prospects within the industry
Design and iterate outbound plays (call, email, LinkedIn, digital campaigns) together with Sales and Marketing, based on results
Qualify leads against agreed criteria and hand off to Digital AE / Sales with clear context
Share industry and prospect insights to improve targeting and messaging
Report pipeline creation results and learnings in the Pipeline Meeting; maintain CRM data quality
Measured on qualified opportunities created and conversion of outreach to qualified pipeline
Preferred Skills And Knowledge
Proven outbound prospecting experience in B2B; comfortable opening conversations with senior stakeholders
Structured, data-driven approach to targeting and qualification
Interest in manufacturing industries and enterprise software (CAD / PLM / ALM)
Self-directed; able to run a coverage area with limited supervision
(Preferred) Exposure to Aerospace & Defense, Automotive or Industrial sectors
Qualifications
College degree
Native Korean, business-level English
3-4 years of professional experience (B2B sales development / inside sales preferred)
