About the Role:
We're looking for a proactive, relationship-driven Talent Management (Fashion & Lifestyle) to join Snoozz, managing a portfolio of Fashion & Lifestyle creators- onboarding, brand collaborations, campaign execution, and long-term growth.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage and grow a roster of Fashion & Lifestyle creators; onboard new high-potential talent.
Be the primary point of contact for creators, brands, and internal teams.
Pitch creators to brands, negotiate commercials/contracts, and execute campaigns end-to-end.
Track campaign performance, handle reporting, and follow up on invoices/payments.
Build creator content ideas and stay ahead of influencer marketing trends.
Attend industry events to grow your network and Snoozz's.
Requirements:
1 - 3 years in Talent Management, influencer marketing, or a talent-facing role.
Strong existing network in the Fashion & Lifestyle creator space.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
Comfortable juggling multiple creators and campaigns at once.
Proficient in Excel/Sheets and familiar with Instagram, YouTube, and campaign tools.
KPIs:
Manage & retain a strong creator portfolio with high satisfaction.
Hit monthly revenue targets through brand collaborations.
Timely campaign execution and payment closures.
