English into Indonesian - Patent Translators

RWS Group is seeking expert Indonesian linguists to join our freelance database and establish a long-term collaboration, delivering high-quality patent translations for the world’s leading technology brands.
We are primarily looking for translators with strong experience translating patent‑related content in telecommunication/network field, but we also welcome applicants with expertise in other Intellectual Property domains such as chemistry, biochemistry, pharmaceutical etc.
If you have demonstrated experience in patent translation, a strong eye for detail, and a commitment to delivering the highest quality while maintaining clear communication, we would be delighted to hear from you.
Job Type:
Freelance collaboration. Fully remote.
Requirements:
• Native speaker of Indonesian
• Excellent command of English
• University degree in an engineering discipline/relevant technical field and/or a degree in translation.
• Minimum of 2 years' experience in patent translations
• Ability to offer MTPE service
• Ability to work with Trados Studio (mandatory)
Responsibilities
• Performing high quality patent translations from English into Indonesian
• Ensuring the content adheres to a defined set of high-quality criteria and meets the client's requirements
• Collaborate and follow instructions or feedback from the project team to ensure deadlines are met
