Key Responsibilities:
Provide CNC application support, programming, and job prove-out for COSMOS CNC machines (VMC, VTL, turn-mill, 3+2/5-axis).
Develop and optimize CNC programs using CAM software (PowerMill, NX, Mastercam, Fusion 360, etc.).
Conduct machine trials, cutting demonstrations, customer training, and process optimization.
Troubleshoot machining issues and provide on-site/remote technical support.
Recommend tooling, fixtures, and machining strategies to improve productivity.
Experience in turbine blade machining and impeller machining projects
Ability to develop machining strategies, prove-out programs, and support customer applications
Requirements:
6+ years of CNC programming and applications experience.
Strong knowledge of CNC machining, CAM software, cutting tools, and cycle time optimization.
Good customer handling and communication skills.
Willingness to travel to customer sites.
