Role Description The Chemist role at Vovanties Laboratory Pvt. Ltd. is a full-time, on-site position based in Vadodara. The Chemist will perform routine and advanced laboratory experiments, prepare reagents and samples, operate and maintain analytical instruments, and document test results according to established procedures. Daily responsibilities include conducting quality control checks, analyzing data, assisting in research and development activities, and ensuring compliance with safety and regulatory guidelines. The Chemist will collaborate with other scientific staff, support method development and validation, and contribute to continuous improvement of laboratory processes.
Qualifications
Candidates should possess strong Laboratory Skills, including safe handling of chemicals, sample preparation, and instrument operation.
Candidates should possess Quality Control skills, with experience in monitoring test accuracy, maintaining documentation, and following standard operating procedures.
Candidates should possess Analytical Skills, including data interpretation, troubleshooting results, and using analytical techniques and tools.
Candidates should possess Research and Development (R&D) and Research skills, with the ability to support experiments, method development, and technical investigations.
Relevant qualifications such as a bachelor’s or master’s degree in Chemistry or a related scientific discipline.
Knowledge of laboratory safety practices and regulatory guidelines.
Attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and the ability to work both independently and in a team environment.
Effective written and verbal communication skills for reporting and collaboration.
