Salary: Rp 6.500.000 – Rp 9.000.000 per month, with high salary growth potential based on performance.
About the Role
We're a fast-growing wellness DTC brand looking for a Senior Executive VA to work directly with the founder. This is a high-growth coordinator role — you'll be on live calls, owning follow-ups, tracking numbers, and keeping partner relationships warm. This is a hands-on operator role, not an admin one. Nothing falls through the cracks on your watch.
Responsibilities
Join and run Zoom calls with US-based partners and creators — camera on, professional
Own the follow-up communication: every call, email, and commitment tracked to closure on CRM
Build and maintain relationships with affiliates, suppliers, and partners at volume
Track and report numbers in Sheets/Excel — orders, ad spend, commissions, KPIs — and flag anomalies before being asked
Manage inbox, calendar, docs, and internal trackers
Prepare meeting briefs, agendas, and recaps
Coordinate between internal team members and external partners across time zones
Take on ad-hoc projects and run them to completion with minimal oversight
Requirements
2+ years as an Executive VA, EA, client success, or senior BPO professional
Fluent English, spoken + written — clear and confident on a live call, no hesitation
Must not be shy. Professional on-camera presence and a quiet, clean video setup
Strong with numbers — can read a spreadsheet and spot what's wrong without being told
Reliable high-speed internet plus power and internet backup (UPS, backup connection) — this is non-negotiable for night shift
Bonus (not required): Marketing experience: Formulating Marketing strategy
