Hiring: Junior Android Developer (Fresher – 1 Year Exp)
Role: Design, build, and maintain native Android applications.
Core Skills: Strong foundation in Kotlin or Java, OOP, and the Android SDK (Activity/Fragment lifecycles).
UI & Architecture: Familiarity with XML layouts, Material Design, and basic MVVM architecture.
Networking & Data: Experience integrating REST APIs (Retrofit/Volley) and local databases (Room/SQLite).
Tools: Proficiency with Android Studio and Git version control.
Nice to Have: Personal projects on GitHub, published Play Store apps, or Firebase integration.
Education: B.Tech/B.E./BCA/MCA in Computer Science, IT, or related fields.
