JOB TITLE: PROJECT MANAGEMENT EXECUTIVE

EDUCATION QUALIFICATION: Bachelor's or Master's in Management, Social Work, Mass Communication, English Literature, Journalism, Public Relations, Social Sciences, or any related field.
SKILLS REQUIRED:
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
Ability to manage multiple tasks, meets deadlines, and work cross-functionally
Strategic thinker with attention to detail
Ability to draft clear and concise communication materials
Good organizational and time management skills
Proficiency in MS Office, Canva, and familiarity with social media platforms (LinkedIn, Twitter, Instagram)
ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Draft detailed donor proposals including project requirements, infrastructure design, budgets, and quotations
Customize proposals as per the needs and preferences of individual donors
Prepare post-survey reports documenting completed work, sharing photos, bills, and thank-you letters for donors
Prepare monthly monitoring reports highlighting progress of infrastructure work, challenges faced, and next steps
Share reports and updates with donors regularly as per timelines
Contribute to developing impact stories, visual content, and success narratives for donor engagement
Regularly communicate with executives in other states to gather project updates—ensure twice-weekly follow-ups
Manage and ensure proper documentation for due diligence processes initiated by donors
Work closely with leadership on project planning, documentation accuracy, and donor presentations
