Position Type: Part-Time, Contract-Based Tutoring Position. Based on available students.
Keen Minds Enrichment Education is seeking a dedicated and passionate tutor to teach French to join our team on a part-time, contract basis. As an organization committed to providing exceptional education and fostering academic excellence, we are looking for individuals who can inspire and empower students across all levels of Elementary and High School French, with strong knowledge of the Ontario curriculum.
This is a fully remote position. Familiarity with the Ontario French curriculum is required.
Responsibilities:
Deliver engaging and interactive tutoring lessons across all High School French levels in alignment with the Ontario curriculum.
Adapt teaching methods and materials to meet the diverse needs of individual students.
Provide constructive feedback and support to enhance the student learning experience.
Foster a positive and inclusive learning environment conducive to academic growth.
Communicate effectively with students, parents, and colleagues.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Education, French, Languages, or a related field, preferred.
Prior tutoring or teaching experience in Elementary and High School French.
Strong knowledge of the Ontario French curriculum.
Proficiency in delivering remote instruction using online platforms and tools, including Google Meet, Google Classroom, and Google Jamboard.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Ability to motivate and inspire students to achieve their academic goals.
Dedication to continuous professional development and improvement.
Flexibility and adaptability in a remote teaching environment.

Compensation: $20/hr - $23/hr CAD
