Role Overview
We're looking for a native or fluent Bulgarian/Croatian/Hungarian/Serbian speaker to converse with conversational AI (bot) in Croatian and help understand and improve how well it handles the local language — including regional dialects, tone, and everyday colloquial speech.
Key Responsibilities
• Converse with the bot in Bulgarian/Croatian/Hungarian/Serbian across a range of everyday and business scenarios to test how well it understands and responds.
• Pick up on regional dialects, accents, tone, and colloquial or slang expressions the bot may misread or miss.
• Flag and document cases where the bot misunderstands intent, tone, or context, with clear examples.
• Give structured feedback to the team building/training the bot so it keeps improving over time.
• Check that responses and translations sound natural and culturally appropriate to a Bulgarian/Croatian/Hungarian/Serbian speaker, not just technically correct.
Requirements
• Native or near-native fluency in Bulgarian/Croatian/Hungarian/Serbian, spoken and written.
• Strong, natural understanding of local dialects, tone, and everyday colloquial Bulgarian/Croatian/Hungarian/Serbian.
• Working proficiency in English, for internal reporting and collaboration.
• Comfortable using chat/voice-based tools and conversational AI or bots.
• Good attention to detail and ability to give clear, specific feedback.
