About the role

We are looking for a freelancer to work with us on an ongoing, project-by-project basis.
What we need:
Ability to work directly from CAD files (AutoCAD plans, sections and elevations) and convert them into 3D models
3D exterior and interior renderings of residential projects
3D animation / walkthrough videos
Photoshop retouching and post-production
Floor plan coloring and presentation
What we're looking for:
solid command of AutoCAD plus a 3D modeling and rendering workflow (3ds Max, SketchUp, Revit, Lumion, V-Ray, Corona or similar).
A strong architectural visualization portfolio, attention to detail and realism, and the ability to deliver on agreed timelines.
Experience with residential real estate projects is a plus. Remote work is fine — we work with freelancers in Lebanon.
