With 20 restaurants and 1 cloud kitchen across Mumbai, Bengaluru, Hyderabad, Kolkata, Ahmedabad and Delhi, we continue to create distinctive culinary and people experiences across India.
Role Description:
We are looking for a people-focused professional to lead initiatives across employee culture, engagement, wellness, recognition and CSR. The role will focus on creating meaningful employee experiences and strengthening a positive, consistent culture across our restaurants, kitchens and corporate teams.
Key Responsiblities:
1. Culture & Employee Experience:
Develop and drive initiatives that strengthen Burma Burma’s culture, values and overall employee experience.
Build a consistent and positive culture across restaurants, kitchens and corporate teams.
2. Employee Engagement:
Plan and execute the annual employee engagement calendar, including celebrations, team-building activities, festivals and employee milestones.
Create meaningful employee experiences across locations and track participation and effectiveness.
3. Employee Wellness & Coaching:
Drive employee wellness initiatives focused on physical, emotional and workplace well-being.
Conduct or coordinate coaching sessions and wellness interventions to support employee morale, motivation and overall well-being.
4. CSR:
Plan and coordinate CSR initiatives in line with Burma Burma’s values and social responsibility goals.
Engage employees in CSR activities and drive meaningful community-focused initiatives.
5. Recognition & Rewards:
Drive employee recognition and appreciation programmes across restaurants.
Qualifications
• 3–6 years of experience in Employee Engagement, Culture, Employee Experience, HR Engagement or related roles.
• Strong experience in planning and executing employee engagement initiatives.
• Excellent communication, coordination and interpersonal skills.
• Creative, energetic and people-oriented approach.
• Ability to work across multiple locations and collaborate with diverse teams.
• Experience in the hospitality, retail, QSR or service industry will be an advantage.
• Graduate/MBA in HR, Psychology, Management or a related field preferred.
