Nomi UK is a growing brand expanding its team and operations. We are looking for a motivated HR Intern to support recruitment, HR administration, reporting, and employee engagement activities in a fully remote working environment.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone who wants to gain practical experience in recruitment and develop a strong foundation in human resources.
Key ResponsibilitiesRecruitment and Talent Acquisition
Support the end-to-end recruitment process for current and future vacancies.
Source potential candidates through LinkedIn, job portals, social media, and other relevant platforms.
Review CVs and shortlist candidates based on job requirements.
Contact candidates and conduct initial screening calls when required.
Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
Maintain regular communication and follow up with candidates throughout the recruitment process.
Update recruitment trackers and maintain accurate candidate records.
Support the preparation and sharing of job descriptions and recruitment posts.
HR Administration and Reporting
Maintain and update employee and candidate databases.
Prepare regular recruitment and HR reports.
Track vacancies, applications, interview progress, offers, and joining status.
Assist with attendance, leave, onboarding, and employee-related records, where required.
Update Excel or Google Sheets trackers and ensure data accuracy.
Support the preparation of HR dashboards and management reports.
Organise and maintain HR documents and records confidentially.
Employee Engagement and HR Support
Assist with employee engagement activities and internal communication.
Support onboarding activities for new employees and interns.
Help coordinate virtual meetings, activities, and team initiatives.
Assist the HR team with day-to-day administrative tasks and special projects.
Contribute ideas to improve recruitment and HR processes.
Requirements
Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree or diploma in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
Strong interest in recruitment and human resources.
Good written and verbal communication skills.
Basic knowledge of recruitment processes and HR practices.
Comfortable using Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets.
Strong organisational and time-management skills.
Ability to handle confidential information responsibly.
Proactive, detail-oriented, and willing to learn.
Ability to work independently in a fully remote environment.
Reliable internet connection and access to a computer or laptop.
Preferred Skills
Experience using LinkedIn, Naukri, Indeed, or other recruitment platforms.
Basic experience with candidate sourcing, screening, or interview coordination.
Knowledge of Excel formulas, filters, sorting, and reporting.
Familiarity with HR tools, applicant tracking systems, or online collaboration platforms.
Previous internship, academic project, or practical experience in HR or recruitment.
