Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role based in the Bangalore Urban district, focused on client servicing, business development, and production for experiential events and brand activations. The role involves managing client relationships, understanding client objectives, and translating them into clear briefs and actionable plans for internal teams. Responsibilities include coordinating event and production workflows, overseeing timelines and budgets, and ensuring deliverables meet quality standards and client expectations. The position also requires identifying new business opportunities, preparing proposals and presentations, and supporting pitches to prospective clients. Day-to-day tasks include collaborating with creative and production teams, resolving client issues promptly, tracking project performance, and contributing to continuous improvement in service delivery and client satisfaction.
Qualifications
Strong client-facing capabilities, including Client Services and Customer Service skills, with a focus on Customer Satisfaction.
Excellent Communication skills, including clear verbal and written communication and the ability to present ideas and solutions effectively.
Basic understanding of Finance related to budgeting, cost estimation, and project financial tracking.
Experience in event management, production, or experiential marketing, preferably within entertainment, luxury, or lifestyle domains.
Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritize tasks, and meet tight deadlines.
Collaborative mindset with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional creative, production, and operations teams.
Comfort with on-site coordination, vendor management, and logistical planning for events.
Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, communications, event management, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
