Senior Software Developer
Location- Chennai (Work from office)
About the Role
We are looking for a Senior Software Developer to design and deliver high-impact software solutions. In this role, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams, mentor engineers, and leverage deep technical knowledge to solve complex business problems.
Key Responsibilities
Build large-scale distributed systems and microservices.
Write clean, reusable, well-tested code using TDD, pair programming, and design patterns.
Collaborate with BAs, QAs, Designers, and PMs to develop interactive prototypes and features.
Advocate for Continuous Delivery and DevSecOps practices, embedding security into the development lifecycle.
Cultivate a healthy team environment through mentorship and technical leadership.
Qualifications & Skills
Core Tech: Hands-on experience with Python, ReactJS, and Object-Oriented Programming (OOP).
AI Experience: Mandatory hands-on experience with AI technologies.
Practices & Frameworks: Strong knowledge of TDD, CI/CD, and Agile methodologies (XP, Scrum, Kanban).
Skills: Experience with cloud and containerization tools (AWS, Azure, Kubernetes, Docker).
