Associate Technical Architect

At Subex, we provide Digital Trust solutions to 75% of the world's top 50 telcos. We're looking for an AI/ML Solution Architect to define and shape end-to-end AI solutions, from data pipelines and model workflows to enterprise integration. You'll solve difficult business problems and help define the next generation of prescriptive solutions.
Architect end-to-end AI/ML solutions
Define solutions spanning data pipelines, model workflows, and system integrations
Build architectural blueprints and roadmaps that align AI/ML projects with organizational objectives
Design large-scale data and AI systems with fault tolerance and high availability
Set the standards
Establish and enforce standards for model development, deployment, monitoring, and security
Define MLOps practices covering versioning, CI/CD pipelines, and automation
Create and maintain documentation for AI/ML architectures, workflows, and operational processes
Explore and innovate
Research, evaluate, and recommend tools, technologies, and frameworks for AI/ML use cases
Run PoCs on complex business challenges and assess their feasibility and ROI
Drive adoption of emerging technologies such as generative AI, reinforcement learning, and edge AI
Collaborate across teams
Work with data scientists, engineers, and business stakeholders to integrate AI/ML solutions with enterprise systems
What You Bring
Technical skills
Strong understanding of AI/ML algorithms, architectures, and workflows
Proficiency in TensorFlow, PyTorch, and Scikit-learn
Advanced Python (R, Java, or Scala is a plus)
Expertise in big data frameworks such as Apache Spark, Hadoop, or Kafka
Docker and Kubernetes for deploying scalable AI/ML systems
Hands-on experience with MLOps workflows, tools, and best practices
Knowledge of APIs, microservices, and RESTful architectures for integrating models into enterprise systems
Familiarity with data engineering tools like Apache Airflow or Apache NiFi
Soft skills
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
Communication and storytelling that work for both technical and non-technical audiences
Leadership and collaboration across multidisciplinary teams
