Role Description The Architect and Spatial Designer will be responsible for conceptualizing and planning wedding layouts, stage designs, and venue transformations that align with client requirements and brand standards. Day-to-day tasks include developing architectural and spatial design concepts, preparing drawings and 3D visualizations, collaborating with décor, production, and floral teams, and ensuring designs are feasible within budget, safety, and logistical constraints. The role involves visiting venues, overseeing implementation of design plans on-site, coordinating with vendors and contractors, and making adjustments in real time to enhance guest experience and aesthetic impact. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Jaipur, requiring close collaboration with the creative and operations teams throughout the wedding design and execution process.
Qualifications
Ability to develop spatial layouts, architectural concepts, and detailed venue plans for events and weddings.
Proficiency in design and visualization tools (e.g., AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, or similar 2D/3D software).
Strong skills in concept development, thematic design, and aesthetic styling for luxury and destination weddings.
Experience translating client requirements into functional and visually cohesive designs, with attention to flow and guest experience.
Capability to coordinate with production teams, vendors, and on-site staff to implement designs accurately and safely.
Excellent communication, collaboration, and time-management skills, with the ability to work under tight timelines and multiple projects.
Background in Architecture, Interior Design, Event Design, or a related field; relevant degree or formal training preferred.
Prior experience in wedding, hospitality, interior, or event design, particularly in luxury or high-end projects, is an advantage.
