Director, Product Management - AI Platform & Data

For our client, we are seeking a Director, Product Management - AI Platform & Data to join the team of a leader in the Business Services space.
This leader will define the product direction for AI-enabled platform capabilities that power intelligent automation across the company's offerings. The role will shape how data is turned into a durable competitive advantage, with a focus on scalable workflows, product value, and measurable business impact. This leader will also guide a team of product managers and partner closely with engineering and data science leaders to evolve the product experience.
Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available
Compensation: $200,600 – $259,600 annually
Responsibilities
Lead product strategy for intelligent automated workflows across survey programs
Own the AI/ML platform layer that enables AI capabilities across products
Develop a multi-phase strategy to leverage the data corpus as a competitive advantage
Lead a team of product managers focused on AI platform and data products
Collaborate closely with data science and engineering teams
Influence the evolution of product experiences through strategic insights
Qualifications
Proven track record building an AI/ML platform at scale
Experience with agentic products and LLM-powered workflows
Strong data background integral to product value proposition
Director-level product management leadership experience in high-growth environments
Ability to collaborate effectively with VP-level engineering and data science leaders
Demonstrated impact from strategic direction changes
