Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Relationship Manager role based in Chennai. The Relationship Manager will engage with clients to build and maintain strong business relationships, understand their needs, and offer tailored financial solutions available through the Cashinvoice platform. Daily responsibilities include onboarding new partners, managing accounts, resolving client inquiries, and collaborating with internal teams to enhance client satisfaction and optimize services.
Qualifications
Strong interpersonal, communication, and customer relationship management skills
Proficiency in account management, client engagement, and resolving customer queries
Understanding of financial products, supply chain finance, or embedded lending solutions
Analytical skills with the ability to assess client needs and offer tailored solutions
Problem-solving capabilities and a results-driven approach to meeting targets
Proficiency in digital platforms and tools; familiarity with CRM software is a plus
Bachelor's degree in business, Finance, Economics, or a related field preferred
Prior experience in financial services, banking, or a similar advisory role is an advantage
