Social Media Intern – Full-Time (Mumbai, In-Office)

The Social Media Intern will support the execution of social media activities across platforms. The role focuses on content creation, planning, publishing, engagement management, and performance tracking, while ensuring brand consistency and timely delivery of all social media tasks.
Key Responsibilities:
Create social media posts by designing visuals, writing captions, and producing videos or graphics for LinkedIn and Instagram.
Plan, own, and manage the monthly social media content calendar in line with campaigns and priorities.
Plan, schedule, and publish posts using social media management tools to ensure timely and consistent posting.
Manage daily engagement by responding to comments, messages, and mentions as per brand guidelines.
Monitor relevant hashtags, trends, and conversations to improve reach and engagement.
Research social media trends, competitor activity, and popular content formats.
Assist in planning and executing social media campaigns, promotions, and contests.
Track and monitor social media performance metrics such as likes, shares, comments, reach, and follower growth.
Prepare and share periodic social media performance reports with key observations and learnings.
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure the timely delivery of creatives and content.
Ensure all social media activities follow company quality standards and brand guidelines.
Skills & Qualifications
Strong interest in social media and digital marketing.
Good written communication and attention to detail.
Basic understanding of LinkedIn and Instagram platforms.
Ability to manage timelines and handle multiple tasks.
Comfortable working with cross-functional teams and feedback.
Additional Skills / Good to Have
Basic knowledge of LinkedIn and Instagram ads is a plus.
If not experienced with ads, a strong interest and willingness to learn paid social advertising.
