About the Role
We are looking for an experienced Destination Manager with a minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in Study Abroad / Overseas Education. The candidate will be responsible for managing the destination-specific counselling and admissions process while guiding students through their overseas education journey.
Key Responsibilities
Manage and lead the destination counselling and admissions process.
Provide accurate guidance to students regarding universities, courses, eligibility, applications, and admissions.
Handle student and parent counselling for overseas education.
Develop strong knowledge of universities, courses, admission requirements, and visa processes for assigned destinations.
Monitor student applications from initial counselling through admission and enrolment.
Coordinate with university representatives and internal teams.
Achieve assigned admission and revenue targets.
Track applications, conversions, and overall destination performance.
Stay updated on changes in university requirements, admission policies, and study-abroad trends.
Support and mentor counselling team members when required.
Requirements
Minimum 5 years of experience in Study Abroad / Overseas Education.
Strong understanding of the international education industry.
Excellent counselling, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Experience handling student applications and admissions.
Strong knowledge of overseas universities and admission processes.
Target-oriented approach with good team-management skills.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple applications simultaneously.
Compensation & Benefits
Salary: ₹7,00,000 – ₹12,00,000 per annum, depending on experience and suitability.
Work Schedule: Monday to Saturday
Timings: 10:00 AM – 6:30 PM
