Director, Enterprise Quality Programs

For our client, we are seeking a Director, Enterprise Quality Programs to join the team of a leader in the Real Estate & Construction space.
This role will shape and execute the enterprise quality vision, with a strong emphasis on governance, standards, and continuous improvement across a multi-site organization. The director will partner closely with executive leadership to strengthen compliance practices and align quality programs with corporate objectives. The position also supports a culture of accountability and customer-focused operational excellence across the business.
Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available
Compensation: $150,000 – $180,000 annually
Responsibilities
Develop and implement the quality vision and strategy aligned with corporate objectives.
Establish quality standards and governance structures enterprise-wide.
Lead the corporate Quality Management System and drive continuous improvement.
Advise executive leadership on quality and compliance matters.
Promote a culture of accountability and customer-focused continuous improvement.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as Engineering, Quality Management, or a related discipline.
12-15+ years of experience in quality management and compliance.
7+ years managing quality programs in multi-site organizations.
Experience in government, defense, aerospace, or technology sectors.
Proven track record leading quality transformation initiatives.
