Sr. Director, Product Management & Innovation

For our client, we are seeking a Sr. Director, Product Management & Innovation to join the team of a leader in the Enterprise Technology space.
This leader will shape product direction and innovation across a portfolio that serves complex enterprise needs. The role will translate broader business strategy into clear product outcomes, balancing market opportunity, customer insight, and commercialization priorities. It will also partner closely with cross-functional stakeholders to evaluate external relationships and bring new offerings to market.
Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available
Compensation: $160,000 – $190,000 annually
Responsibilities
Define and evolve product vision and strategy based on customer needs
Translate company strategy into actionable product outcomes
Assess market trends and inform strategic choices for product development
Establish continuous customer discovery practices to align with market needs
Define partner ecosystem strategy and manage partner evaluations
Own an outcome-based product roadmap to communicate priorities and strategies
Lead commercialization efforts across functions to support successful product launches
Qualifications
8+ years in product management or related fields, such as fintech or HR technology
Demonstrated ownership of product strategy and measurable outcomes
Experience managing external product or technology partnerships
Strong commercial acumen and ability to evaluate market opportunities
Proven track record leading cross-functional initiatives without formal authority
Strong analytical and communication skills, including executive presentation experience
People leadership experience with the ability to build and develop a high-impact team
