For our client, we are seeking a Business Development Manager - ICT to join the team of a leader in the Manufacturing & Automotive space.
This role will focus on driving territory growth for industrial technology solutions in a highly technical B2B environment. You will build strong relationships with customers, collaborate closely with internal business leaders and consultants, and translate market needs into profitable sales opportunities. The position calls for a consultative sales approach, strong product knowledge, and the ability to represent the company at industry events while supporting growth across the assigned territory.
Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available
Compensation: $134,960 – $202,440 annually
Responsibilities
Develop strong product knowledge through required training to effectively sell ICT solutions
Create and implement a territory sales plan focused on revenue and profit growth
Engage regularly with existing customers to understand evolving needs and position solutions accordingly
Collaborate weekly with business leaders and consultants to drive product sales
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure customer needs are met promptly
Attend industry conferences and events to promote products and enhance brand visibility
Travel up to 50% within the assigned territory, including international travel as needed
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in industrial automation
5+ years of relevant experience in industrial automation, with a focus on motion and mechatronics preferred
Legal authorization to work in the US is required; visa sponsorship is not available
Ability to travel up to 50%, including international travel if required
Experience engaging with OEMs and end-users in specific industries is a plus
