Senior Wind Hub Manager TX13

For our client, we are seeking a Senior Wind Hub Manager TX13 to join the team of a leader in the Business Services space.
This role will oversee multi-site service hub operations, supporting day-to-day execution, staffing, and customer service in a remote field-services environment.
The position will also drive operational discipline, safety performance, and continuous improvement while partnering across functions to meet commitments and resolve issues.
Success in this role will depend on building strong customer relationships, maintaining effective dispatch and planning processes, and ensuring turbine performance aligns with operational objectives.
Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available
Compensation: $104,200 – $173,700 annually
Responsibilities
Lead multi-site service hub operations and staffing
Cultivate a strong safety culture across all operations
Manage daily operational planning and dispatch schedules
Build long-term customer relationships to achieve business objectives
Collaborate across functions to meet deliverables and resolve customer concerns
Prioritize turbine performance to meet operational commitments
Innovate and solve problems in facility operations using LEAN principles
Qualifications
High School Diploma or GED required
5 years of relevant experience with leadership responsibilities
3 years of experience in field services or equivalent experience in the energy industry
Willingness to travel, including overnight stays as needed
Valid driver's license
