Sr. Implementation Manager

For our client, we are seeking a Sr. Implementation Manager to join the team of a leader in the Information Technology space.
This role will oversee the successful delivery of complex implementations, ensuring project plans, timelines, and customer commitments are executed with precision. The position will serve as a key connector between customers, Product, Engineering, and Customer Success, helping drive smooth launches and strong client outcomes. This is a highly visible role focused on operational efficiency, stakeholder communication, and maintaining a high standard of customer satisfaction in a fast-paced environment.
Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available
Compensation: $115,000 – $140,000 annually
Responsibilities
Build and manage project plans for implementation engagements
Develop processes to improve operational efficiency
Lead high-visibility projects that impact customers
Serve as the primary point of contact for customer project updates from Product and Engineering
Manage customer deliverables against KPIs
Collaborate with Customer Success to ensure high customer satisfaction
Partner with internal teams and represent the implementation perspective in strategic meetings
Qualifications
5+ years of project management experience
2+ years implementing SaaS or data solutions in healthcare
Strong communication and presentation skills across organizational levels
Proven success in fast-paced, results-driven environments
Demonstrated resilience and tenacity in overcoming challenges
